
GI Enterprise Ltd has developed its own specialized on-line software for receiving, processing and tracking of requests for repairs, tracking the status of objects, the status of the machines and the introduction of Maintenance plan for facilities for which it is responsible - HELP DESK. We developed this type of service, resulting from the desire to fully facilitate communication with our clients, and we can accept applications quickly, easily and at any time a day. By improving the system in recent years at this stage the risk of errors in implementation of services is reduced almost to zero. The system also generates invoices, payments, sales and serves as an electronic archive of our company.
